Shipping Policy

• We are a made-to-order brand, hence the entire process from order placement to delivery may take 15-20 days.
• Once the product is shipped, you would receive an update on your email with the tracking details. Please contact us on contact@prastutih.com in case of a query related to your order.
• We prefer to deliver to office or residence addresses. We do not encourage delivery to P.O. boxes or any other destination where the recipient is not identifiable because of the risk involved due to the value of the goods.
