Returns & Refund Policy

Return/Exchange:

 

• If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your order for an exchange within 7 days of delivery of the product. 
• If you don't want an exchange then we also offer credit score of the same amount as of the purchase that can be used within 3 months from the date of placing the order.
• We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our store, however if you receive a damaged product, we advice to make a video while unboxing, you can contact us on mail or WhatsApp within 48 hours. We will assess the issue. If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or a full store credit.

Please Note:

• In order to accept the exchange, the product must be returned in full condition in its original packaging, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories.
